Our return period: 30 days

Would you like to exchange or return an item? It’s quick and easy in three simple steps!

You can return your order within 30 days after receiving it. Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within five business days.

How to return your item in three simple steps:

Step 1: Fill out the return form
Download the return form via [link/website].
Complete the form in full.

Step 2: Send your item back
Pack the items together with the completed return form.
Send the package to the return address provided on the return form.
Make sure the package includes a Track & Trace code.

Please note: As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment. A Track & Trace code ensures that there are no misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we have received your package, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within five business days.
